4TH PRECINCT HIGHLIGHTS - WEEK 627 – Jan. 26 to Feb. 01, 2010

15XX Irving Av N Thursday 01-28-10 19:20 hrs 10-026140
V1/BM-24 yrs. was waiting in front entry of his home for a friend when S1/unk BM (20-20 yrs) 510-600”/heavy/dark skin with beard/short Afro (wearing blk hoodie/vest) walked up to his door w/back to him. V1 thought it was his friend so opened door to S1 who then faced him w/2-toned semi-auto pistol at V1’s head. S1 said, “Where is the light skinned dude who’s testifying against me?” V1 knew nothing; but, S1 kept asking and ordered V1 back into the main house where V1 was able to flee to bathroom/call 911.

V1/BM – 16 yrs. was shot in left leg (NLT). Officer interviewed him in Hsp. who stated he was standing outside when he heard a single gunshot. V1 realized he was shot but could give no suspect information. V1 walked to friend’s house to call 911.

V1/BF-42 yrs. stated that a machete/18”was swung at her while at a friend’s house above. AP1/BF Cook, Felicia – 44 yrs. was afraid that V1/a stranger to her was going to take her man away. Drinking was involved. AP1 grabbed the machete from under the sofa, swung and chased V1 (no injuries) out of the house fleeing to a friend’s to call 911. Officers arrested AP1 and located machete under sofa.

V1/BF-20 yrs. was walking/got into her veh when S1/unk BF 20-30 yrs./heavy/dark skin/curly pony tail and S2/unk BM 20-20 yrs./heavy/moustache demanding money with a blk automatic gun and S3/unk BM 20-30 yrs./heavy/dark skin was driving the SVeh/white CHEV SUV w/tinted windows. S2 approached her vehicle sticking half his body into her veh pulling a gun and pointing it demanding her purse threatening to blow her brains out if she didn’t. S1 and S3 stayed in their veh the entire time. Loss: Gucci purse/TCF card/IDs.

ROBBIZ (Pizza Hut)

S1 & S2/unk BMs 18-20 yrs. /509-600”/med. build – both same descriptions wearing blk hoodies/dark jeans robbed a driver/V1- AM-24 yrs. after he delivered a pizza and walking back to his car of $30. No weapon was implied. Suspects fled on foot.

V1/WF – 18 yrs., V2/WF – 25 yrs. and V3/BM – 23 yrs. (friends) drove from Wisconsin to this location to buy a green BUICK veh from S1/unk BM 21-25 yrs. violent/dark skin wearing all blk/blk cap showing possible braids. S1 was dropped off by a taxi. S1 lead them to rear of house and V1 got inside of the veh. That’s when S1 w/short sawed-off shotgun pointed it demanding V1’s purse/$100/IDs and V2’s purse/$1000. V2 got away and left in their veh and came back. V3 was the one who found the veh for sale and met w/S1 before hand. V3 set up the meeting. No one else was seen entering/leaving residence. Victims were not injured. SV-’95 OLDS 88r/MN NO PLATE/damage to front/dark green 4 dr. parked several days at this residence. S1 fled on foot.

V1/BM-36 yrs. exited a MTC bus and was grabbed from behind by S1/unk BM – 19-25 yrs./510-600”/thin/wearing green army jacket/blk skull cap carrying a blk automatic. S1 pointed gun in face and stole his wallet w/ID, EBT card, $10, etc. S1 allowed him to leave. S1 GOA.

V1/BM – 19 yrs. exited a bus here. 7 BMs – teens also exited behind him and assaulted him at bus stop. They took his cell worth $320. V1 had minor cut to lip. V1 doesn’t know suspects and little information.

V1/BM – 23 yrs. was visiting family in duplex (upper) when he heard knocking on door. S1/unk – BM 23-26 yrs./short/thin/short braids/violent carrying a blk automatic gun and wearing all black forced his way in. S1 yelled for V1 to “Lay down nigga. Strip.” V1’s pants, shoes, cell and wallet were stolen. When S1 left he stated “should have killed you bitch ass” and “kill all your family.” S1 fled on foot. No injuries at this time.

V1/WF – 18 yrs. was walking when 2 suspects/unk BMs 502-504”/13-15 yrs./thin builds and both wearing blk jackets approached/pushed her down to sidewalk and stole coat contents – red IPOD MP-3 player/pink canister of mace.

AP1/Lewis Jr, Huey – BM 30 yrs., AP2/Flowers, Montez-BM 26 yrs. ,AP3/Flowers, Tona – BF 44 yrs., AP4/Farris, Leroy – BM 48 yrs. and AP5/Hodges, Bennie Lee – BM 46 yrs. were caught w/drugs, etc. and a TAURUS 9mm semi-auto 3 ¼” BBL pistol/bullets and brass knuckles, etc. plus a Misdemeanor= Disorderly House.

A TLE conducted and drugs recovered along w/COLT .45 cal semi-auto pistol 4 ½” BBL/Harford, Conn USA and ammo. AP1/Brumley, Alonzo – BM 31 yrs., and AP2/Wiggins, Lydon – BM 24 yrs. booked along with seized AP2’s veh/2002 CHEV K15/MN 610CZY. AP3 and AP4 were cited and released.

A Shots Fired call aired. Officers found 4 males/ordered them to raise hands but AP1/Bonds, Wm. – BM 21 yrs. took off running holding waistband. AP1 fell and threw gun/S&W, 22 cal 6” BBL semi-auto pistol, Houlton Main US Mfg. under a nearby veh.
