1. to promote cooperation between the police and the community on law enforcement issues, crime prvention strategies, community problems and criminal justice issues;

2. to educate citizens on their roles and responsibilities as they relate to crime prevention, the criminal justice system and victimization; and to work toward improving police services and citizen participation in crime prevention;

3. to serve as a resource to residents and officers on crime statistics, issues, programs, projects and services in the precinct;

4. to represent the diverse interests of an intercultural community;

5. to recognize the exemplary service of officers and citizens; and

6. to serve as liaison between 4PAC and the All-City PAC.
